Why it’s good for detoxification
Beef supplies protein alongside zinc, iron and vitamin B12.
Protein provides amino acids required for many liver processes, including conjugation reactions used to process compounds for elimination.
Purple sprouting broccoli provides glucosinolates associated with normal detoxification enzyme activity.
Garlic provides sulphur-containing compounds, while broccoli and red pepper contribute vitamin C and other antioxidants.
