Ingredients
500g beef strips
2 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 broccoli head, cut into florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
Method
Marinate beef in tamari for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 2 minutes.
Add beef, stir-fry until browned.
Add broccoli and bell pepper, cook until tender-crisp.
Serve hot.
