Ingredients
2 apples (sliced)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Layer apples in a baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup.
Mix walnuts, flaxseeds, and coconut oil. Spread over apples.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
