Avocado Dip / Sauce
1 ripe avocado
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1/2 cup of water
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon roughly chopped onion
Stone and peel avocado.
Squeeze and retain the juice from the lime.
Stem and cut jalapeno into pieces.
Put the avocado, lime juice, jalapeno, the onion cilantro, water and olive oil in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Add salt to taste.
