Ingredients
200g almond flour
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
2–3 tbsp water
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix almond flour, flaxseed, salt and rosemary. Add olive oil and enough water to form dough.
Roll thin between parchment paper. Cut into crisp shapes.
Bake 12–15 mins until golden and crisp.
