Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add almond butter, oats, flaxseed, honey, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix well to form a sticky dough.
  4. Roll into small bite-sized balls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

 

Why it’s good for gut health:
Bananas and oats contain prebiotic fibres that feed healthy bacteria. Flaxseed supports digestion and adds omega-3s.
