Sophie Trew is a Breathwork Coach and Holistic Cancer Guide. She works to empower people beyond a diagnosis to take an active role in their health, realise their self-healing capacities, gently release trauma and to achieve their unique health goals. Sophie runs monthly online Breathwork for cancer groups and works with clients globally on a 1:1 basis.
After being diagnosed with blood cancer in 2014 when she was 23, she became her own guide spending years researching and training in holistic health. Sophie has since trained around the world in different holistic modalities over the past 9 years, she integrates these modalities to create bespoke sessions for her clients. She is trained in trauma-informed Breathwork, EFT, reiki, coaching, meditation & mindfulness teaching. Sophie founded Trew Fields- the world’s first cancer awareness and holistic health festival.
